Love, Love, Love this place. It is eclectic, & hip. The food? Well it's just amazing. Everyone on the staff always has a smile and is laughing and so helpful. Nice to see so many people happy to be at work.

This was the first time I had ever been . I loved it . It has very unique decor the porch swings inside is a neat idea. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

Loved this unique place. We were looking over the area for possible new home site.. we stopped in for a snack at Mountain Goat and loved the place.

We had a Club and a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Very tasty with Jalapeno Chips. We will come back.

There is such an array of items here! Hand made soaps from goats milk, soy candles, hand sewn items from Africa, such fun store!

Super cool place; loved the atmosphere. However, I have to say honestly I was very taken back at the customer service. Like, no one said anything to us for the first 7 minutes we were standing in the wrong place to order coffee. Everyone just kind of stared at us blankly & had no genuine interest in being friendly humans. Coffee was pretty good though 🤷‍♀️

Super fun establishment that offers delicious food (tasty pizzas, sandwiches, salads and cafe items), decadent desserts (ice cream cones, ice cream sandwiches, milk shakes), unique local gifts, specialty food items and original espresso drinks! What more can you ask for?! 😉The decor is colorful, happy and quirky! The staff is attentive and efficient. It has a large parking lot, a cute outdoor seating area and plenty of seating inside. It was pretty busy with only one unisex bathroom available. Great place to visit for the food or the gifts (you can't go wrong either way!). The butter monkey was a hit with our crew!

I absolutely love this place! I had dinner at the Mountain Goat tonight with my girl friend, my uncle and his wife. The food was awesome and service was perfect as usual. They have every snack, treat, drink and sweet you could want. If you haven’t been it’s a must if you are passing though Monteagle, TN!Get the Rajun Cajun Sandwich!

Great Food from sandwiches to pizza. So hard to decide with so many enticing options to choose from and you havnt even got to the desserts yet. I got the Rajun Cajun and it was delicious. Went back for a Butterfinger cake and I was not disappointed. Plenty of drinks to choose from even some alcoholic. At the end spent some time looking around their shop and found some small gifts. Will definitely go back for some pizza soon.

Why can't you open a place in Summerville, SC like this?!? Fantastic food as well as treats and terrific customer service. They were busy, yet after ordering (ya wait in line), it didn't take long to receive our food. It's not a fast food joint. Everything is freshly made and yummy!!!

A very different restaurant and gift shop. The sandwich selection was a list of commonly offered types but each had a different twist done to it. The Cuban sandwich as an example had barbecue sauce on it. There were 4 people in our party and everyone got something different and everyone enjoyed their selection. They have a great selection of desserts and hand dipped icecream. The employees in the gift shop and the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking and restaurant is conveniently located on hwy41 at the exit off I 24.

Great, made-to-order food and a cool atmosphere. A must-stop every time we are in the area. My favorite sandwich is the flying pig. Our kids love the pizzas.

Great place if you want good food. No fries, but the potato salad or macaroni and cheese as a side will not disappoint. A wide variety of drinks and desserts. They even have macaroons! We will definitely be back!

I had the Rajun Club and it was absolutely great. Lots of flavor and the workers were pretty friendly as well. Mac-n-Cheese was really good as well.

Upon arrival, it looks like a hole in the wall simple diner, but that’s not the case. It’s your mom -n- pop kind of place where you can get comfort foods in an awesome place full of funky artsy fartsy craftsy things for sale. It’s a must go to place if you’re in the area.

In a time where we are thinking about the health and well-being of ourselves and our neighbor, the owners and staff at MGM are doing an excellent job! This is the coolest place! We happened to be driving by and stopped in - we couldn't have found a better place. This is a unique, casual, counter serve local restaurant with excellent specialty espresso coffee drinks and a cute giftshop. The food was tasty and very well priced. Definitely stop by if you're in the area, I promise you won't be disappointed!

I was on the way home from south Cumberland state park and I saw this market. I had to make u-turn to see what is about this market. I liked the goat paint all over the building. Whoever did this, she or he is really good. Anyway, I was hungry and didn't want to cook.... So went inside to see what they have. Check out my Pictures! It's coloful! Love it. They carry original goodies, hopefully from local arists. The sandwich I tried was one out of two it can be vegan like no mayo and cheese. It was great! The manager was knowledgeable about what they can offer. Thanks I will be back.

Wooow! This place is legit! The coffee is amazing and the grilled sandwiches (all Boar’s Head ingredients) are so right! We go a bit out of our way just to hit up this place. It has gift shop like things to buy with lots of interesting stuff some of which is local.

I usually don't like spinach, but the Rajun Cajun was a nice surprise.

It's very expensive for so-so quality, but it's because all of the products are local. Locally grown, locally sourced, and locally profited from. If you want to stroke your ego while eating an $8 muffin, have fun.

Mountain Goat is one of my favorite places to roadtrip. During this time, most of the employees are wearing masks and the tables are arranged to allow for social distancing. The food has always been delicious. My favorite is the pizza. I usually get the "Fancy Pants" pizza. Olive oil, chicken, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, fresh basil, and balsamic. Yum, yum, yum. My sister's fave is the Ruben, however, if you like it saucy, you might want to ask for a little extra thousand island dressing. If you have stomach space, try a milkshake or something out of the bakery case. It's all good. ALL. OF. IT!

This is such a cute place to get some really good fresh sandwiches, soups, and salads. The store is fun to peruse. Will be our planned stop every time through town.

We got off of interstate 24 to eat here! The food and atmosphere are both fabulous. Will eat here again!
